1. How long are shipping times?
Most of our print on demand items are shipped within 2-7 days from the order submission date. Due to high demand products or seasonal demands shipping times may vary. Please contact us with any questions you might have at Sales@simplyoliverllc.com
2. What's your return policy?
There are no returns for custom printed items unless there is a defect in the product or the wrong item was received. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. Sales@simplyoliverllc.com
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you cancel the order before the item goes into printing production. If your custom item has been printed your order may not be canceled.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges on custom printed items.
